As I have written in one of my blog posts on, "3 Ways to Earn Money Online", nabanggit ko po doon as #1 ang Affiliate Marketing. I just wanted to share with you an example of an affiliate program that I have joined.
The name of the company is myluci.com Their online product is electronic cigarettes. They also sell cartridges and accessories for their electronic cigarettes. At first, naging curious lang po ako sa produkto nila. Hindi naman po ako naninigarilyo. I just thought that this could be an alternative for smoking cigarettes or tobaccos.
So, as an affiliate, your role is to get their product known online by advertising or blogging about their product. What I did was, I blogged about them here on blogger.com. Ito po ung ginawa kong blog, Luci Cigarettes.
Actually simple nga lang po xa. I think, I have started the blog in the latter part of 2009. Since out of curiosity lang po ito, I wrote the blog and forgot about it.
One day, habang nag check po ako ng email ko nung October, may nabasa po ako na email from Luci, that I had a new sale. So, out of excitement, chinek ko po ung account ko sa kanila. And to my surprise! Ito po ung tumambad sakin...
I had 2 sales nung 2010 pa, Year 2011, as in WALA! Then came July of 2012 I started generating sales for LUCI E-Cigarettes. Because of this, I added more articles to be able to bring more visitors to my page. At first kasi, isa lang po talaga ang naka post ko sa blog ko. Now, I have four articles in all.
I also checked Google for my blog ranking using the key word Luci Cigarette at ito po ang result ng page ko...
As shown sa search results, I am at the Top 3 from the keyword Luci Cigarette. Ung Top #1 po is the company itself.
This just shows na kahit free blog po lamang ang gamit ko, ay pwede din po pala masali sa page 1 ng Google, as long as informative ang article ninyo. Dito po pumapasok ang pangaral samin ng mentor namin sa Supreme Wealth Alliance na si Sir Manny Viloria.
Ang sabi po kasi nya, ang online advertising po kasi ay maaaring matabunan ng ibang ads, dahil sa dami ng nagpo post online araw araw, pero ang blog po, kahit matagal nyo na isinulat, ay existing parin sya sa search engine.
Just like my blog about luci cigarette, which I posted way back 2009 pa. Sa SWA team po kasi namin, ito po ang una namin ginagawa, to create a blog at blogger.com
Second note is, about blogging. He advised us, to write an article at least once a week. Hindi lang po basta article, it should be an informative article. Kahit simple lang, basta nakakatulong o di kaya, kahit anything na entertaining. Dahil people search online for information. And if you give an informative article, tyak na magiging interesado sila basahin ito.
As of today, my latest sale sa Luci was on November 3, 2012. May minimum po kasi sila na $100.00 bago po ma release ang komisyon mo. Right now, ito po ung total ng komisyon ko with them...
So, just waiting for their payout date which is every 20th of the month. By the way, ang binibigay po nilang commission rate per sale is 25%.
This is just an example of what an affiliate program is. Just wanted to share it to all of you, especially sa mga kababayan ko na baguhan sa larangan ng affiliate marketing.
